Bells & Whistles is a logic puzzle game similar to nonograms or picross, where you fill a grid with bells
and whistles following the row and
column clues.

Fill the grid with bells and whistles, matching the group numbers on the rows and columns.

The row labels indicate how many bells in that row, grouped by amount and in order. For example '3 1' is
a group of three bells followed by one bell. None of the groups may touch in that row. The columns
indicate the groups for whistles.

Clicking a cell fills it with a bell. A second click changes it to a whistle, and a third clears it.
Right click fills in the opposite order starting with a whistle. Clicking the row/column legend swaps
this behaviour.

When a row or column matches the label turn green. You can click the label to fill the empty cells with
the opposite symbol
and whistles 
following the row and
column clues.
