Rolling the dice…
How To Play Pipcross
Pipcross is a nonogram-style logic puzzle played with dice. Place all 9 dice into the 3×3 grid so that their pips form the pattern described by the clues.
- 🎲 Every die shows its pips on a 3×3 layout, so each grid row contains three rows of pips and each grid column contains three columns of pips.
- 🎲 The numbers beside each pip line work just like nonogram clues: they list the runs of consecutive pips in that line, in order. For example '2 1' means a run of two pips, a gap, then a single pip. Runs can continue across neighbouring dice!
- 🎲 Tap a die in the tray to pick it up, then tap a grid square to place it — or simply drag and drop. Tap a placed die to send it back to the tray.
- 🎲 Once a row or column of dice is full, its clues turn green when the pips match or red when they don't. Match every clue to win!
- 🎲 Each empty square shows faint 3×3 guide lines so you can see exactly which pip positions the clues refer to.
- 🎲 Stuck? Hint performs a single solver deduction and explains it, while Solve lets the dice bot finish the whole puzzle using pure logic — every Pipcross can be solved without guessing.
